Universal Gestures

Universal Gestures is based in a DDA flat at J3/358 in the Kalkaji area. It’s a small place, honestly, and it can get a bit crowded with all the paperwork and stuff we have lying around. We’ve been in Kalkaji for years now, through all the changes in the neighborhood. The flat is our base and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s easy for us to get around from here, even if the stairs are a bit much when we have to carry boxes up and down. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. It’s just this one spot and the few of us who work here. We know the local shopkeepers and the tea guy around the corner. It feels like a real community. We don't use those complicated software programs for everything; sometimes a notebook and a pen are just faster. We take our time with things to make sure they're done right. If a job takes an extra day, it takes an extra day. We'd rather be honest with people than be fast and sloppy. That's just the way we've always operated. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit. You just walk in and we talk about what needs doing. It’s a quiet way to run things, but it works for us and our neighbors seem to like having us around.
