You can find Singla Steel Furniture at 7/9 and 7/10 Harsukh Block. We are in the Prem Nagar-1 area, not far from Yadav Farm House. It is a bit of a trek to get out here to Kirari Rohini, but we have been here for a good while. The workshop is filled with the sound of metal being cut and welded. There are sparks flying in the corners and the smell of fresh paint in the air. We make all sorts of steel things like cupboards and bed frames. They are heavy and take a few people to move around. The floor is covered in metal shavings, so we have to sweep it up several times a day. It is a practical business. We don't have a showroom with bright lights, just the items stacked up where they were finished. Customers usually come in and point to what they need. Sometimes they ask for a specific color, and we see if we have the paint for it. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops. Sometimes cows wander past the front door while we are trying to load a truck. It makes things interesting. We keep our tools on a big rack against the wall so we don't lose them. It is a lot of hard work, but we like it. We usually call it a day once the light starts to fade in the yard.
