Richwood Furniture is situated on the ground floor of A-198 in Hari Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right by the clock tower, which is the big landmark everyone knows in this area. Our shop always has that strong smell of cut wood and polish as soon as you walk in. We have been making furniture here for quite some time now. It isn't a big, polished showroom with bright spotlights. It’s more of a working shop where you can see the sawdust on the floor and the tools we use every day. We do the cutting, sanding, and finishing right here in the back. It is just a small team of us working the wood. We don’t really have a sales team. Usually, people just walk in, touch the wood, and describe what kind of table or cupboard they want for their home. We show them the pieces we are currently working on or some of the finished items we have ready. It gets noisy when the saws are running, but that’s just how it is. Hari Nagar is a crowded area, and being on the ground floor means we get to see everything happening on the street. We don’t bother with catalogs or fancy ads. We just trust the furniture we build to show what we can do. Sometimes we stay late to get a piece finished for a customer. It is tiring work, but we like it.
