Unique Imports

You can find Unique Imports over at Office No. 4 on the 6th floor of D Mall. It’s on Netaji Subhasg Marg. Being in a mall is a bit different than a street-side shop. We have to use the service elevators a lot for our shipments. It’s a decent sized office but it gets cluttered quickly with all the files. We handle imports of various goods. It's just a small group of us here. We spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and tracking numbers. The view from the 6th floor is okay, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. Dealing with customs and all those regulations is a big part of what we do. It’s not always fun. There’s a lot of waiting around for things to clear at the port. We try to be honest with people about how long things take. Sometimes the mall is quiet and other times it's a madhouse. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office isn't anything special, just some desks and computers. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. It’s a practical setup for us. We like being in this building because it's central. Most of our work is done through emails and calls anyway. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to get the products to where they need to go without any drama. It’s a lot of tracking and double-checking lists.
