It’s a busy building with lots of other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. We’ve been doing this impex work for a few years now. It’s mostly about managing the flow of goods and making sure all the customs papers are in order. It’s not glamorous work, and the office is pretty basic with just the essentials. We don’t have a receptionist or anything, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and Karol Bagh seemed like a good central place to be. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we make do. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from talking to suppliers to checking the final shipments. It’s just a regular small business trying to stay afloat and do a good job for the people we work with.
