Amp Impex is located at A-280 in Okhla Phase-1. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s the heart of the industrial side of the city. Our place is a mix of an office and a storage area. It’s practical because we need to see the goods before they go out. The building is a bit grey and industrial-looking, just like everything else on this street. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big entrance. You just walk in and you’ll see us working. There’s usually a bit of noise from the neighboring units, maybe some machinery or a truck idling outside. We handle impex work, which means we are constantly juggling different schedules and shipping dates. It can get stressful when a deadline is close, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Our team doesn't wear suits; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for moving around a warehouse. We spend a lot of time on the computer, but also a lot of time on our feet. The traffic in Okhla Phase-1 is legendary, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning to beat the rush. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't have time for corporate meetings that last hours. We just talk across the room and get things sorted. It’s a solid, honest place to work.
