Umraan Regional Cuisines Private Limited is based out of Okhla Phase 1. Our address is F 89/11, which is right in the heart of the industrial area. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the ESI Hospital. Being in South Delhi’s industrial hub means it is always loud with trucks and machinery nearby. It is not the quietest place to work, but it suits what we do. We focus on regional cuisines, which means our kitchen space is usually smelling like different spices and oils from early morning. The building is a typical industrial structure, nothing too pretty to look at from the outside. Inside, it is all about the cooking and the prep work. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. We do not have fancy uniforms or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door answers it. Dealing with regional food in an industrial zone like Okhla is interesting because we get a lot of people from the nearby offices coming by for a look. The heat in the kitchen gets intense during the summer months, but we have a few fans going. We keep things organized on old-fashioned clipboards. It is a straightforward operation. We just prepare the food, pack it, and get it moving to where it needs to go. It is honest work and we have been at this spot for a good while now, right near the hospital.
