Tibetan Restaurants Private Limited

You can find us over at the Tibetan Camp in North Delhi. We are on the third floor of House Number 18. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s where we do all our work for Tibetan Restaurants Private Limited. The camp is a lively place with a lot of history. We spend most of our time thinking about food and making sure the kitchen side of things is handled properly. It isn't a large corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a home-grown setup where we keep our files and meet up to talk about the menus. The neighborhood is tight-knit and you can always hear people chatting in the lanes below. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit damp, but we just keep going. We have been in this part of Delhi for a long time. The space is filled with the smell of tea and sometimes whatever is cooking nearby. It is a simple life here. We don't really do much advertising or fancy stuff. People know where we are if they need us. We just focus on the food and keeping the business running without too much fuss. It is noisy and crowded sometimes, but that is the charm of being in this part of the city. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
