The Kathi Rolls

The Kathi Rolls is located in Sagarpur West, right in the Gandhi Market area at Rz-46/13. It’s a busy little market and we fit right in with the rest of the stalls and shops. We spend most of our time prepping the ingredients and getting the rolls ready for whoever stops by. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy to look at, but it gets the job done. The market can be really loud and full of people, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We stay busy keeping up with the orders. It’s just a local spot where you can grab something to eat quickly while you’re doing your errands. We’ve been in Sagarpur for a while now. The staff here knows the regulars by their orders. We don’t have much seating, it’s more of a walk-up and go kind of situation. The kitchen is always hot and we are always moving. Dealing with the market crowd is just part of the daily routine. We don't use any fancy machines, just the basic stuff to make the rolls. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we cook, and we go home. It’s a good spot in the middle of a very active neighborhood. Gandhi Market is always moving, and so are we. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do well for the people here.
