Super Tasty Foods Product

Down in Abulfazal Enclave in Okhla, we have our little setup for food products. The address is D-126, and it’s a busy part of New Delhi to be in. Every morning starts with the smell of whatever we are making that day. It's a small production area, not some giant factory you see on TV. We have a few people working here, mostly just local folks from the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time packing things into boxes and making sure the labels are straight. It gets pretty cramped when a new shipment of ingredients arrives. The fans are always going to keep the air moving because the kitchens stay warm. We don't really have a front office, just the space where the work happens. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time finding the exact spot in the enclave because the lanes are narrow. We just step out and wave them down. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting sacks and checking the batches. We don't use any big corporate language because we are just a local food business trying to make things people like. The floor is usually a bit dusty from flour or whatever else we are using. It’s just a normal day of work for us, making sure the products go out on time to the shops.
