Spoon Food Court

We are located near the border where New Delhi meets Haryana, specifically in the 110037 area. It is a bit of a funny spot for correspondence, but this is where we do all our cooking and serving for the day. The food court is always smelling like something being fried or a big pot of gravy simmering on the stove in the back. We start very early in the kitchen, chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready before the first hungry customers show up. It is a lot of hard work on your feet all day long. The floors get slippery and the heat from the ovens is no joke when the summer hits. We have these big tables where people sit down for a quick lunch, and it is usually a mess of napkins and empty plates by mid-afternoon. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the rush dies down. It is not a five-star dining experience; it is just a place to get a decent meal when you are hungry and in a hurry. We deal with the vegetable suppliers who come in shouting about prices and the delivery drivers who are always in a rush. Sometimes the fridge acts up and we have to move everything around in a panic to save the stock. It is just us trying to keep people fed and the kitchen running without too many disasters.
