Shubh Yatra

Shubh Yatra has been operating out of B-1 in New Ashok Nagar for several years now. It’s a tight space, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with people from the neighborhood who are planning trips home or for work. The street outside is always crowded, so it’s easy to miss us if you aren't looking. Inside, there are a couple of computers and a printer that makes a lot of noise. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that. Usually, you just talk to whoever is sitting at the main desk. We handle a lot of train and flight bookings. It gets hectic around festival times because everyone wants to travel at once. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under ticket printouts. It is a simple setup. We started this because we realized people in New Ashok Nagar needed a reliable spot to get their travel sorted without going too far. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to make sure the person standing in front of us gets their ticket and doesn't have any issues at the station. Sometimes we stay open late if a customer is stuck or needs something urgent. It's just a regular part of the day for us. We just keep our heads down and get the bookings done correctly so people don't have trouble later on.
