Balaji Tours Travels

We are located at 11/5 Kewal Park in the Azadpur area. Balaji Tours Travels is mostly just a few of us working out of this small office. It gets pretty crowded around here with the market nearby. Every morning, we open up the shutters and start looking at the logs for the day. It's a lot of phone calls and scribbling notes down on pads because the computers sometimes act up. We handle a lot of local travel requests. People know us as the place near the main road where you can find a ride. The walls are a bit bare and we keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who walks in feeling thirsty from the Delhi heat. It isn't a fancy setup but it works for what we do. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to hear the customers. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most of our day is spent coordinating with drivers and making sure they didn't get stuck in the bypass traffic. It is just basic work, really. We don't have any big corporate uniforms or anything like that. Just regular clothes and a lot of tea to get through the afternoon slump. We stay open late most nights because that is when the travel queries usually pick up. It's just how things go in this part of town.
