My Tourguru

You can find My Tourguru over in Dwarka Sector 12. We are specifically located at S-23 in Pankaj Plaza, which is in Pocket No. 7. It’s a standard commercial building and we’ve been here long enough to know all the security guards and the other shop owners. Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing which trips are coming up. We deal with a lot of travel arrangements, which means a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport people. It’s not always easy, especially when things change at the last minute, but we do what we can. The office is filled with stacks of brochures and folders for different trips. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We have a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk through their plans. Dwarka is a big area, but we like being in Sector 12 because it’s easy for people to reach us. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics or anything like that. We just talk to people about where they want to go and see if we can help them get there. It’s a straightforward business. We enjoy hearing stories from people when they come back from their holidays. It makes the long hours of paperwork feel a bit more worth it. We just keep at it every day of the week.
