Europe Group Tours

If you walk down Gurudwara Road in Karol Bagh, you’ll find us in the Gold Plaza Building at office 322. Europe Group Tours isn't a massive agency with hundreds of employees; it’s just a few of us sitting at desks surrounded by stacks of itineraries and maps. Karol Bagh is always loud and crowded, which we’ve grown used to over the years. Our office is a bit of a quiet escape from the street noise below. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails about travel plans. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just checking flight times and making sure hotel bookings are actually confirmed. We have some posters of mountains and old cities on the walls, mostly to cover up marks or just to have something nice to look at while we work. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all end up complaining while we wait for a page to load. We don’t use scripts when people call us. We just talk like normal people and tell them what we know. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it’s home for us during the work week. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high on the desks. It's just a small office trying to keep things moving through the day.
