Shakib Travels

We started Shakib Travels here on Mangal Bazar Road because people needed a place to get their travel sorted without too much fuss. It is just us in this small office in Tilak Nagar, mostly helping neighbors with bus bookings or train tickets when the online sites act up. Sometimes it gets busy when it is holiday season, and the phone does not stop ringing. We just sit here and try to find a cheap way for someone to get to their village or maybe a quick trip out of the city. We do not have a big team or fancy computers, just a couple of chairs and a desk where we keep all the registers. People walk in from the market after doing their shopping and ask about flight prices or car rentals. We have been in Tilak Nagar for a while now, so most people know where the shop is. It isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we do. If you are walking down Mangal Bazar Road, you will see our sign. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with travel can be a headache with all the cancellations and timing changes, so we just handle that part for the folks who come in. We are not trying to be some huge agency, just a local spot where you can get your tickets and go home. That is pretty much the whole story of how we run things here.
