You can find Shri Ram Catereing at Moti Bagh First, right near Barat Ghar 20. We have been around this area for quite a while now. Most of our work happens in the big kitchens where we prepare food for weddings and local functions. It is a lot of heavy lifting with big pots and pans. You will usually find us covered in flour or smelling like spices. It is not a desk job. We are on our feet all day and night sometimes. When there is a big event at the Barat Ghar, we are right there making sure the burners are going. We do not have a decorated office. Our space is mostly for storage of the utensils and the stoves. We do not use fancy words or menus. We just cook the food that people like to eat. Sometimes we run out of gas or a helper doesn't show up, and we just have to manage. It is part of the business. We take pride in the fact that we can handle a crowd without much fuss. The address at Moti Bagh First is where we keep everything ready. It is a busy life, especially during the wedding season, but we like the energy. You will often see our big trucks parked outside when we are packing up.
