We’ve been in this spot at Gautam Nagar for quite a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right on the first floor, just a short walk from the Panchayati Shiv Mandir. The temple is a good landmark because everyone knows it. Our office at 69-A isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we handle all the paperwork and certification details that come through. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards and the fan whirring. We spend a lot of time looking at documents and making sure everything meets the requirements. It gets busy in the mornings when the sun hits the front windows, but usually, it's a pretty quiet place to work. Sometimes people get confused finding the stairs, but once you’re up here, it’s easy enough. We deal with various standards and compliance stuff every day. It's mostly just us keeping track of rules and filing things correctly so people can get their business sorted. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, more traffic now, but the office stays much the same. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and plenty of tea. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, get through the files on the desk, and help out whoever stops by or calls in about their quality certificates.
