Panworld Books International Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No -B 300 in Okhla Phase I, which is part of the Okhla Industrial Area. This is a very different vibe from the retail streets in the city center. Out here, it is all about trucks, warehouses, and getting work done. Our building is a large, functional space that lets us keep a huge amount of books on hand. We spend a lot of our time in the warehouse area, moving pallets and checking lists. It is a dusty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The industrial area can be a bit gray and monotonous, but we have made our spot feel like home. We have a small office section where we handle the paperwork, but the real heart of the place is where the books are stored. It is not the kind of place where you come to browse in a comfortable chair. It is a working environment where we focus on getting books out to where they need to go. We have been in Okhla for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial park. The lunch break is usually the only quiet time when the nearby machinery stops for a bit. We just keep moving along, making sure the orders are handled and the shelves are stocked. It is a big operation but we keep it simple.
