Shilpi Kar Design Studio

We've been over here on the ground floor on Ignou Road for a while now. Shilpi Kar Design Studio isn't some fancy high-rise office, just a workspace in Anupam Enclave Phase-1 where we get things done. Mostly, you'll see us hunched over screens or sketching things out on paper. It gets a bit messy sometimes with all the samples and drawings lying around. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us trying to make sense of the projects that come in. People drop by Saket because it's a busy spot, and we're usually here late if there's a deadline looming. It's not always glamorous work, honestly. Sometimes we spend hours just trying to get one small detail right. The coffee machine breaks more than we'd like, and the lighting in the back corner is a bit dim, but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from our window. It’s a decent place to work, even if the traffic outside gets noisy during rush hour. We just focus on what's in front of us. No big speeches or fancy presentations here, just the daily grind of design. If you're walking by the ground floor of B-3/60, that's where we are, usually surrounded by blueprints and half-drunk mugs of tea. It's just how we operate. It's a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make do with what we have.
