Shankar Color Lab

We’ve been here at 30/3A in Patel Nagar West for a long time now. Shankar Color Lab is just a small place where we handle photos and prints. People come in with their old rolls or digital files on their phones, and we just get to work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction on the road outside, but we keep the machines running as best as we can. We don’t do anything fancy here. If you need a passport photo or some prints for a family album, that’s what we do. My uncle actually started this place years ago, and now I’m here most days from morning until late evening. The lighting in the shop isn't really the best, but the prints come out looking fine. We have a lot of regular customers from around the neighborhood who just stop by to chat sometimes. Occasionally the printer acts up, and we have to spend an hour fixing it while someone waits, which is a bit embarrassing but it happens. It's just a regular local shop. We don't have a big website or any of that. You just walk in, tell us what you need, and we do it. Most days it’s just me and one other guy working the counter. We keep pretty busy with the local crowd. Sometimes students come in needing stuff for their school projects. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but the address 30/3A stays the same.
