You can find us at Chander Vihar 214. The School Of Music Dance Art is always a bit noisy compared to the neighbors. There is almost always the sound of someone practicing a scale or the thud of feet on the floor from the dance sessions. We have a lot of different rooms for different things. Some are for painting and they usually have a bit of a smell from the oils and cleaning supplies we use. The walls are covered in marks and scratches because moving instruments and easels around tends to do that over time. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy paint for the walls or new carpets. Instead we just keep the equipment in working order. The light in Chander Vihar is pretty good in the afternoons which helps when people are working on their sketches. We have a big cupboard where we keep all the spare strings and brushes. It’s a bit disorganized at times but we usually know where everything is. The students come in at all hours and it’s a very active place to be. We don’t really have a set routine other than the scheduled times for the different groups. It's a busy little corner of the neighborhood and we've been here at 214 for years. Sometimes the doorbell rings constantly and other times it is just the sound of the drums leaking out onto the street.
