Saral Travel

We’ve been running Saral Travel from our spot on the third floor in CR Park for a while now. It’s a busy little office in F-1131, mostly filled with papers and phones ringing. People come to us when they need to get somewhere, whether it’s just a train ticket or a bigger trip. We spend most of our day checking schedules and trying to find seats that actually exist. It’s not fancy here. There’s usually a pot of tea going and someone arguing with a computer screen. CR Park is a lively area, so there’s always noise from the street coming up to the third floor. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know how the booking systems work. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. It’s just how it goes. We handle a lot of regular customers who live nearby. They drop in, sit on the old chairs, and tell us where they want to go next. We try to get things sorted without too much fuss. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once, but we manage. Most days are just about making sure the dates match up and the names are spelled right on the tickets. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening.
