ROHILLA DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is F-501 in Chitarkut Apartment, Sector-22, Dwarka. It’s Plot No 9. Being in an apartment complex makes it feel a bit different from a regular office building. It’s quieter, mostly. Rohilla Design is just a few of us. We have our computers set up in what used to be a living room. We’ve got a balcony where we go to take breaks. South West Delhi is a nice place to work from. We handle design projects for people. We aren't a big agency with a lot of departments. We all do a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We don't have a receptionist. We have a lot of books and old designs tucked away in cupboards. Sometimes the lift in Chitarkut Apartment is being repaired, so we have to use the stairs, which is quite a lot for the fifth floor. We don't have a big mission statement. We just like designing things that look right. It’s a steady pace here. We know the guards at the gate. It’s a very local, neighborhood feel. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized, even if the desk is a bit messy. It’s a good environment for thinking and getting things done without too much interference from the outside world.
