Xebec Design Facilities Pvt. Ltd. is located over at C-37 D in Gangotri Enclave. We are part of the Alaknanda Commercial Complex in New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of shops and other businesses around us. Our office is where we handle all the design and facility management work. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. It’s a New Delhi- 110 019 address, which is easy enough for people to find once they get to the complex. The office itself isn't huge, but we make it work. It’s usually cluttered with samples and blueprints. We aren't really the type to keep everything perfectly tidy. We’d rather be working on a project than cleaning up the desk. Being a Private Limited company in a place like the Alaknanda Commercial Complex means there's always someone coming or going. We've been here for a good while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a solid place to work from. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. We just do the work and hope people like it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or at the computer, trying to get the details right for a client. It’s a regular life for a design and facility firm in the city, just keeping things moving for our clients.
