Rlda Architecture Design Interior

Working out of C 262 Cf in Defence Colony is pretty nice because the area is quite green and calm compared to the rest of New Delhi. Rlda Architecture Design Interior is based here, and we do a lot of our thinking and drawing in this space. The office is filled with books about design and shelves full of different fabrics and paint swatches. It’s not always tidy because we are constantly pulling things out to show how they might look together. We spend many hours sitting around the big table discussing different projects we have going on. Defence Colony has a certain feel to it, and we fit right in with the quiet streets. Most of the time, you will find us hunched over our computers or sketching things out on pads of paper. We don't really do the whole professional pitch thing; we just show what we've been working on. It’s a bit of a creative mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. The office is our second home, really. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes work late into the evening when the phones stop ringing. There is no big corporate structure here, just a group of people who are into design and making interiors look right. We appreciate the sunlight that comes through the windows in the morning. It makes the work feel a bit easier. We have a small garden out front that we try to keep alive. It’s a peaceful place to work.
