Rk.B. Hospitality & Catering Private Limited

We operate Rk.B. Hospitality & Catering out of D-187 in the southern part of the city. This area has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, but our building stays mostly the same. Catering is a lot of work and it usually means very early mornings and late nights for everyone here. We spend a lot of time in the back prep areas getting things ready for various events. It’s not just about the food, it's also about moving all the equipment around and making sure nothing breaks in the van. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a couple of years now. We know each other's families and we help out when things get stressful during the wedding season. The office is just a desk with a lot of folders and a computer that is a bit slow. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people hearing about us from their neighbors or friends. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late because of the South Delhi traffic, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a straightforward business. We like the work because it keeps us busy and no two days are ever exactly the same. We’re just a regular local business trying to do a decent job every day and keep the work moving without making a big deal out of it.
