Rcm Exports

Rcm Exports is located at 67-D in Nanak Pura, which is over in Moti Bagh-II. It’s more of a residential area than a commercial hub, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main markets. Our office is just a small room that we’ve set up with a couple of desks and a phone line that never seems to stop ringing. We handle export work, which basically means a lot of paperwork and talking to people at the ports. It’s not very glamorous. There are stacks of documents everywhere, and I’m always losing my favorite pen under a pile of shipping forms. We don't have a big sign outside or anything to show off. Most people in Nanak Pura probably don't even know what we do inside 67-D. We like it that way. It’s a calm place to focus. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during lunch just to get some sun and watch the neighborhood kids playing. Moti Bagh-II has a nice feel to it, and being based here makes the workday feel less stressful. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We handle the logistics and make sure the cargo gets where it needs to go. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking everything. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families at the end of the day.
