Rama Meat Pullao

I've been working at Rama Meat Pullao for a long time now. We are right over on Minto Road in Connaught Place, at house number 12881. The mornings usually start early because getting the meat and rice right takes a lot of time. It is not fancy here. People just come in, sit down, and eat what we have ready for the day. Sometimes it gets crowded, especially during the lunch hour when the office workers come around. We keep the pots going and make sure there is enough for everyone who walks through the door. It is a simple setup with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. My hands are always busy with the spices and the heavy lids. You can find us easily if you know the area near the station. It gets noisy with the traffic outside but inside it is mostly just the smell of the food. We don't change much around here because the old way of doing things seems to work fine. Usually, by the time we close up, the big pots are empty. It’s a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day but it's what we do. The address is 12881 Minto Road, right in the heart of the city. People know us by the name Rama Meat Pullao and they come back when they are hungry for a proper meal. That is basically it for us.
