We are located right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place, in Ansal Bhawan, room 901. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy with the phones and the paperwork to look out the window. Our work involves a lot of coordination for travel and international logistics, so there is always a lot of communicating with people in different time zones. It can get a bit chaotic in the office with everyone talking at once and the fax machine or printer going off. We aren't a huge corporation, just a dedicated group of people trying to keep things organized for our clients. Sometimes the regulations change overnight and we have to scramble to get the right documents ready. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, which is different from the guys out in the trucks, but it has its own kind of stress. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, so we are used to the busy lifts and the constant hum of CP outside. We don't go in for big promises or fancy slogans; we just do the work that needs doing every day. It’s mostly about staying on top of the details so nothing gets missed. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are delays or technical issues, but we just stick with it.
