Pizza Square

We have locations at N-36 in Sundar Nagri and another one at 36/131 in Trilokpuri. These are busy parts of Delhi, and we’ve been part of these neighborhoods for a while. Making pizza is what we do every single day. The ovens stay hot, and there's always someone kneading dough in the back. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the Trilokpuri shop, but we make it work. Sundar Nagri is just as lively, and we see a lot of local families stopping by. We don't have fancy menus or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just a few chairs and the smell of baking bread. Sometimes we run out of toppings or the phone won't stop ringing during the dinner rush. We just handle it as it comes. Our staff are local folks who know the area well. It’s a lot of manual work, and we usually go home covered in a bit of flour. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city, just a reliable spot to grab a bite. It gets hot in the kitchens, especially during the summer months, but we keep going. It’s a simple life, making food and chatting with the customers who walk through the door. We’re just a small part of the local scene here. We try to keep the ovens hot and the orders moving as fast as we can.
