If you’re looking for us, we are up on the second floor at No. 12 in Avtar Enclave. It’s right on Rohtak Road in Paschim Vihar. The stairs can be a bit steep, so take your time coming up. Sy Travels Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this office for a while now. We mostly spend our time booking tickets and trying to figure out travel routes for people. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and being on the phone with airlines or hotels. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait for things to load, which can be annoying when someone is waiting right there in front of us. We’ve got maps on the walls and plenty of old folders piled up. It feels like a real office, not one of those sterile places you see in movies. We know the Paschim Vihar area pretty well since we spend most of our lives here. People come in wanting to go on vacation or maybe they just need a flight for work. We just do our best to find something that fits. It’s not always easy with prices changing every five minutes, but we try. The office isn't very large, so it can get a bit loud when all the phones start ringing at once. We don’t have any fancy waiting room, just a few chairs for visitors. It’s a honest way to make a living and we stay busy enough. We just handle the bookings and hope everything goes smooth.
