Otik Food Plaza Gurgaon

This is the office for Otik Food Plaza Gurgaon, but our actual location is in Wazir Nagar, Kotla Mubarakpur. You’ll find us at C-406, and we are here with Ramesh and Sunny Bhatia. It is a residential neighborhood in New Delhi, so it feels very local and regular. We handle the management and all the business details for the food plaza from here. The office is tucked away in a normal building. It is not a restaurant or a plaza at this address. We use this space for the administrative work that goes into the food business. There are usually piles of papers about suppliers and staffing schedules. It can get a bit messy, but we have our own way of organizing things that works for us. Kotla Mubarakpur is a very busy market area, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We have been in this spot for a long time. It is a family-run kind of setup. We don't have corporate meetings with fancy slides. We just sit around and figure out what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello. It is an honest and hard-working environment. We aren't polished, we just care about the food and making sure everything stays on track from this Wazir Nagar office. It’s where everything gets sorted.
