Optimistic Restaurant Llp

We are right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place. Shop Number 11 in the Regal Building is where Optimistic Restaurant Llp is based. It’s an old building with a lot of history, and we like that about it. The walls are thick and the ceilings are high. Being in the 110001 zip code means it’s always crowded outside. People are always rushing by, but inside we try to keep things steady. We aren't a big chain with a manual for everything. We just show up, open the doors, and start cooking. Some days the plumbing acts up because the building is old, or the electricity flickers, but we just deal with it. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen in such a busy part of New Delhi. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s habits by now. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings. We just talk over the counters while we work. The name "Optimistic" felt right because you have to be that way in the restaurant business. It’s tough, it’s hot in the back, and the hours are long. But seeing people eat and enjoy themselves makes it worth the trouble. We’re just a local spot trying to keep our customers happy in this iconic part of the city. There isn't much more to it than that. Just cooking and cleaning every day.
