One Fine Meal Hospitality Llp is based out of Phase-I in Mayapuri. If you know the area, it's mostly industrial and a bit dusty with all the workshops around. Our place at A- 50/7 is where we handle all the hospitality stuff. It's not a quiet neighborhood, that's for sure. There is always noise from the street and trucks moving back and forth. We started this because we liked the idea of feeding people properly. We don't have a team of hundreds, just a few of us who know our way around a kitchen and a dining setup. Sometimes we stay late prepping for the next day, and the tea stall down the road is the only thing open. The weather in West Delhi can be brutal in summer, so we spent a lot of time fixing the fans last month. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or anything like that. Just the equipment we need and plenty of counter space. We’ve had some long days here, but we like being part of the Mayapuri energy. It feels real. We handle different types of meals and events, mostly just trying to stay organized. Some days are smoother than others, but we always get the job done. That’s just how we do things here in Delhi 110064. Sometimes the water delivery is late or the floor needs an extra scrubbing after a big job, but we just get on with it without complaining much. It's just us doing our thing.
