OMS Commercial Property Consultant

Our office is in the Commercial Complex right in the central part of Connaught Place. Being property consultants, we spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, but this is where we keep our files and take our calls. The office is small and mostly just filled with maps, property listings, and some old desks. We handle a lot of commercial stuff around the city, so there is always someone coming in to ask about shop spaces or office rents. CP is a great place to be because we are right in the thick of the market. It gets very hot in the summer and the walk from the parking lot to the office can be a real struggle. We do not have any big marketing team or a fancy reception area. It is usually just one of us sitting there answering the phone and talking to landlords. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand after walking them so much. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and it looks a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. People stop by because they see our name while they are out shopping or doing other business in the area. It is a practical business and we keep things straightforward with whoever walks through the door. There is always a lot of noise from the street below but we just close the window.
