Krihsna Estates

Krihsna Estates is located in New Delhi, specifically at C-81 in the Dda Flats of Katwaria Sarai. We are right in the Hauz Khas area, which is a very busy and well-known part of the city. Being in the Dda Flats means there are always neighbors around and people coming and going. We handle real estate matters from our office here, which is basically a ground-level space where we meet people to talk about properties. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a working office with stacks of papers and maps of the local area. Dealing with real estate in Delhi can be quite a headache with all the paperwork and the different rules, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking around the Katwaria Sarai area to look at different flats. It’s a lot of legwork, literally. The Hauz Khas area has changed a lot over the years, becoming much more crowded and expensive. We just try to keep up with what is happening in the market and give people honest answers when they ask about a place. It’s a small operation, and we don’t have a big team of agents. It’s just us in this little corner of the Dda Flats, trying to make sense of the Delhi property scene one day at a time. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
