Bindal Property

Bindal Property is located in Munirka at 138/11. We are very close to the Daya Memorial Hospital, which is the easiest way to find us if you are visiting. We have been in this spot for quite a while now, helping people find flats or shops in this part of South Delhi. Munirka is a bit of a maze with all the narrow lanes and buildings crowded together. Our office is small and simple, just a couple of desks and some chairs for clients to sit on while we talk about rent or property prices. There is always a local map pinned to the wall and a bunch of keys sitting on the table. We do not do any big marketing or have a polished sales team. Most people find us just by walking past or because a neighbor told them about us. It is a busy life here. One minute we are sitting in the office, and the next we are walking down the street to show someone a room or a storefront. We know the local landlords and shopkeepers pretty well because we have been here so long. The traffic on the main road can be a total nightmare, so we mostly get around on foot or use a scooter. We do not have any corporate strategy. We just listen to what people need and see if we can find a place that fits their budget.
