Hari Om Shyam Estates

Our office is located at Palika Vihar in Bhikaji Cama Place, specifically in blocks 2 and 6. If you know Delhi, you know how busy Bhikaji Cama Place can get. It is always full of people rushing around, and finding a parking spot is a bit of a nightmare. Hari Om Shyam Estates has been operating from here for a good while. We deal with property and land, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and reading through long legal documents. Our office isn't very fancy; it's mostly just desks covered in maps and old files. We have a couple of fans that hum all day long to keep the heat away. People come in looking for a place to live or a bit of land to invest in, and we just sit and talk through the options. There is no sales pitch here, just honest talk about what is available and what the prices are like these days. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry in the office. Sometimes the phones ring all at once, and other times it is dead quiet for an hour. We like being in Palika Vihar because everything is close by. It’s a rugged way to work, but we are used to the pace of the city.
