It’s a pretty nice neighborhood to work in. We’ve been here for a good bit of time, and we know the streets around here quite well. Our office isn't anything too flashy. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and files scattered around. Real estate involves a lot of paperwork, so things can get a bit messy, but we have our own system. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales environment you might find elsewhere. It’s more of a relaxed atmosphere where we just talk about what’s available in the market. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry when the monsoons hit. We spend our days going out to look at properties and then coming back here to update our notes. Vasant Vihar has a lot of trees, which makes the walk to the office pleasant in the mornings. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the local area. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in our own way without making a big production out of it.
