Our office is set up in Flat No-256 of the DDA Janatha Flats. We are located in Nazir Pur, which is part of the larger Dwarka area in New Delhi. It’s a typical government-built housing complex, so it’s very functional and straightforward. We chose this spot because it’s right in the middle of where things are happening, but it doesn't have that cold, corporate feel of a downtown office tower. Inside, it’s a bit crowded with all our equipment and the files we’ve gathered over the years. We have a couple of desks squeezed in, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually. Our team is small, and we spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. It’s not a fancy place to visit, but it serves our purpose well. The neighborhood is busy, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated slogans. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and start working on the tasks for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is a bit temperamental, but we’re used to it. It’s just how things are in this part of Delhi. We like being part of a normal residential block rather than a sterile business park. It makes the work feel more real.
