We are located at B-179 in Tagore Garden Extension, New Delhi. It is a quiet residential area mostly, but we have our office setup here. Most of our day is spent handling support tasks and paperwork related to the CBRE side of the business. It’s not a fancy corporate tower like you see in Gurgaon or Noida, just a functional space where people come to work every morning. We have some desks, computers, and a small area for tea breaks. The commute for staff is okay because of the metro nearby. People usually just focus on their spreadsheets and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is how it goes. We don’t have any big signs out front or anything. If you are looking for us, you just find the house number in the lane. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors know us. It is just a regular workplace where things get done without much fuss. We try to keep the office organized, but there are always files stacked up somewhere. It feels more like a local spot than a massive international firm, even if the name sounds big. We just do our bit of the work and go home when the shift ends. It gets the job done for the people relying on us in the larger system.
