Max India Ltd.

Our office is on the third floor of Max House, located at 1, Dr Jha Marg. It’s an old-school building, and being on the third floor means we get a decent view of the street below, though it's mostly just traffic and people rushing around. Max India Ltd. has been at this address for quite a while. The lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so many of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that have been here since the start. It’s not a modern glass-and-chrome setup, just a regular workplace where people drink too much tea and talk about the weekend. We handle a lot of administrative work and coordination from this floor. It can get pretty cramped when everyone is in at once, especially during the middle of the month when things get busy. The neighborhood has changed over the years, with more offices popping up nearby, but this corner of Dr Jha Marg feels familiar. We don't have an open-plan lounge or anything like that. It's just rooms with people working. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, so we keep some windows cracked open. Lunch is usually spent at the desks or sometimes we walk down to find a quick bite on the street. It’s just a standard office life here, nothing more, nothing less.
