Our office for Max Bupa Health Insurance is sitting right on Mathura Road in New Delhi. Specifically, we’re at A - 24/10 in the Sarita Vihar area. It’s a big, busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their health insurance. People come in with all sorts of questions about their plans and what's covered and what isn't. It can get a bit complicated with all the different rules, but we just take it one step at a time. The office is usually full of papers and files because there is so much to keep track of. Prakash Mohalla is a good spot for us to be located. We have a lot of neighbors who stop by. We aren't trying to be anything too flashy. It’s just a place where we work to help folks get their insurance sorted out. The traffic on Mathura Road is always a mess, so we usually hear the horns honking all day long. We have a small break room where we eat lunch together. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so we know how to handle the busy days. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a lot of data and talking to people, but that’s the job. It gets tiring but it is important work for the families around here.
