We’re located up in 426, Tower B at the DDA District Centre. It’s a big building, and we spend most of our time behind desks handling various paperwork. Emedlife Insurane Broking Services Ltd. isn't some massive corporation with glass walls and fancy carpets everywhere. It’s just an office where we deal with insurance stuff all day long. The elevators are usually slow in the morning, which is a bit of a headache when we are in a rush. Once we get inside, it's mostly phones ringing and people typing on their keyboards. We deal with a lot of forms and talking to different companies on the phone. It gets a bit repetitive, honestly, but it has to be done. We try to keep the files organized, but the desks usually end up covered in stacks of paper by Friday afternoon. There's a tea stall nearby where we go for our breaks. It’s a standard office job. We handle the claims and the policies without making a big fuss about it. People come in looking for help with their insurance, and we just sit down and go through the details with them. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, but usually, we just keep pushing through the work. It’s not a glamorous spot, just a workspace in a busy district centre. We’ve been in this tower for a while, and everyone knows where we are. It’s just us doing the daily grind in Tower B.
