Enlightening India

Enlightening India is run out of House No 85 in Pocket A8 of Kalkaji Extn. It is more of a home-office setup than a big corporate building. We like it this way because it is quiet and we can focus on what we are doing without many distractions. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you won't see big signs or flashy lights out front. Inside, we have our desks set up and plenty of books and papers scattered around. We do a lot of research and project work from here. It is the kind of place where the tea kettle is always on and we spend hours debating different ideas. We have been in Kalkaji Extn for a good amount of time now. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello or ask what we are working on. It does not feel like a typical office because it is not one. We handle a lot of communication and planning for various initiatives. Every day is different depending on what project is currently on our plate. We are not a huge team, just a few people who care about the work we do. Sometimes the house feels a bit crowded when we have a lot of materials arriving, but we manage to find space. We do not have a professional cleaning crew or a receptionist; we just take care of things ourselves. It is a simple way to run a business and it works for us.
