Nirula'S

We are located right at the Dilshad Garden Metro Station, which means we see thousands of people every single day. Most of them are just blurring past us on their way to work or coming back home in the evening. Our spot is practical for anyone who needs a quick bite before they hop on the train or just after they get off. It is not the kind of place where you sit for a three-course meal; it is more of a pit stop. We have some stools and a counter where we serve everything. The noise from the trains and the announcements over the speakers is something we have just gotten used to over time. It is a very fast-paced environment. We have to be quick because our customers are always checking their watches. Sometimes the line gets long and people get a bit impatient, but we just keep moving as fast as we can. The staff here knows the train schedule better than the official clocks, I think. We have seen the station change over the years, but we stay the same little corner for food. It is a bit loud and always busy, but it serves a purpose for the commuters who pass through here every day. We just keep the fridge stocked and the counters wiped down for the next rush of people coming through those gates.
