Nirulas

You can find us over at Connaught Place K-14, right in the Outer Circle. It’s a busy part of town, as anyone who lives in Delhi knows. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’re still sitting in the same spot. It gets really crowded on the weekends when families come out for a walk. Sometimes the ice cream freezer acts up and we have to fix it fast so nothing melts. We aren't trying to be some high-end restaurant with tiny portions. We just serve the food people have been eating here since they were kids. The tables might be a little sticky sometimes if we haven't wiped them in the last few minutes because it moves so fast. We have a lot of history in this building. The air conditioning works okay, but on those really hot July days, it struggles a bit like everything else in CP. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or anything. It’s mostly just the same booths and the same menu. We open up early and stay late most nights. If you've been to this part of the city, you probably walked past us a hundred times. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a bit of a scramble during the lunch rush, but we manage to get the orders out. It’s just a normal place for a quick meal.
