New Super Handicrafts

You’ll find New Super Handicrafts tucked away in Gali Number 2, over in the Ram Nagar Extension near Loni Road. If you get lost, just look for Sagar Studio; we’re right near there in Shahdara. The area is always buzzing with people and scooters, and the gali can be a bit narrow, so it’s a lively place to be every day. Our workshop at 1/4110 is where all the actual work happens. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the materials and the benches, but we make it work. We’ve got people working on different handicrafts in every corner, so there’s always the sound of tapping or cutting going on. It’s a noisy, busy atmosphere, but that’s how we like it. We’ve been in this part of Shahdara for quite a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change, but the way we do things stays mostly the same. We aren't big on fancy office spaces or corporate meetings. We’d rather be in the back checking on the latest batch of items we’re making. The air is often thick with the smell of wood or whatever material we’re using that week. It’s a real, hands-on business. We open early and stay late most days, just trying to keep up with the work and making sure everything that leaves the gali is up to our own standards. We don't use much fancy equipment, just our hands and the tools we've always used.
