Music N Dance Academy

We’ve been here at Pitampura Road No 42 83 for a while now. It gets pretty loud some days with the drums and the kids practicing their steps, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. Most people find us because they live nearby and see the sign when they are out running errands. We have a few rooms set up for different things. Some are for the music side where we have the keyboards and guitars, and then there is the bigger space for the dancing. It is not a fancy setup by any means. The floors get scuffed up and we are always moving chairs around to make more room. Parents usually sit out front and talk while they wait for their children to finish up. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants to learn a few songs or just get moving after school, they come by and see what we are doing. The traffic on Road 42 can be a bit of a headache in the evenings, so most of our regulars know the shortcuts by now. It is nice seeing the same faces every week. We aren't trying to do anything big, just keeping the doors open for anyone who wants to spend an hour or two on something other than their phone. Sometimes the coffee machine works, sometimes it doesn’t, but the music is always going. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
